1. Introduction

Welcome to The Plug Summit 2026, a flagship youth innovation and career development summit operated by The Plug Summit Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending The Plug Summit 2026 (“the Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy available at www.theplugsummit.co.uk/privacy.

 

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets or attending the event.

 

2. Tickets & Registration

  • All attendees must hold a valid ticket to enter the event.
     

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved by the organisers.
     

  • You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
     

  • Tickets purchased via official channels (our website or approved partners) only. We are not responsible for tickets purchased via unauthorised resellers.
     

  • Your digital ticket, wristband, or lanyard must be worn at all times during the event for access to relevant areas (General Admission, VIP, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person for behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

 

3. Event Programme & Schedule

 

We aim to deliver the advertised programme, including speaker sessions, panels, and networking activities.

However, all event details (including schedule, speakers, and activities) are subject to change without prior notice.

In the event of major programme adjustments, attendees will be notified via email or official communication channels.

 

4. Photography, Filming & Media Consent

 

By attending The Plug Summit, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Photography, video, and audio recording will take place throughout the event.
     

  • Your likeness may appear in event photos, highlight reels, promotional materials, or media coverage.
     

  • All footage and photography are the exclusive property of The Plug Summit and may be used for promotional, archival, and marketing purposes.
     

If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform a member of staff or photographer on the day.

 

5. Code of Conduct

 

The Plug Summit is built on respect, collaboration, and positive energy.
We expect all attendees, speakers, and partners to uphold these values.

You agree to:

  • Treat others with kindness and respect.
     

  • Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour.
     

  • Comply with venue rules, staff directions, and health & safety regulations.
     

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

 

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers.
     

  • In the event of cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the next edition of The Plug Summit.
     

  • Name changes or transfers may be permitted at our discretion up to 14 days before the event.
     

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, travel issues, or dissatisfaction with event content.

7. Liability Disclaimer

 

By attending The Plug Summit, you agree that:

  • Attendance is at your own risk.
     

  • The Plug Summit, its organisers, affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising directly or indirectly from attendance or participation in the event.
     

  • We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
     

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

 

8. Partner & Sponsor Interactions

 

If you interact with sponsors, exhibitors, or partners (e.g. by allowing your badge to be scanned), your contact information may be shared with them under our Privacy Policy.


You can decline to share data by refusing scans or opting out of communications.

We are not responsible for how third-party partners use your data once shared.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All event content, materials, and branding (including logos, graphics, presentations, recordings, and written content) are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any session, presentation, or event material without written consent from The Plug Summit.

 

10. Health & Safety

 

All attendees must follow the venue’s health, safety, and security policies.
The organisers may introduce additional safety measures where necessary (e.g. bag checks, crowd management procedures, or restricted areas).

Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the venue.

 

11. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes.
The latest version will always be available on our website.


Your continued engagement after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
