How it all started
What started as a simple conversation between two community founders about how to create more impact for young people quickly grew into something much bigger, a movement that brought multiple communities together to empower and uplift the next generation.
We saw the gap, young people craving guidance, direction, and a sense of belonging, and decided to fill it. Because it only takes one experience, one room, and one spark to change a life.
The Plug Summit isn’t just another youth event. It’s built by the youth, for the youth, blending purpose, energy, and opportunity into one unforgettable experience designed to inspire, connect, and create real change.
